joys / part 2
puffy cotton candy sunset clouds
warm crumbly earth sifting through fingers
overall clad curly headed tottering little human
snatching glimpses of Smokey peaks through tree pockets
cold gasps* water and slippery rocks
lost in the words of a good book
tired legs from a good walk
an evening chat with a denture-less neighbor and his pretty wife
the chance of meeting a bear in the dark
the favorite little fluffy chick with yellow feathered feet
join me.
You don’t even have to leave your name. Note the happy things of life with me. Let’s count joys together.
